Ms. Ashwini Singh is a business management and operations professional boasting over 17 years of experience in the financial and professional services sectors in Canada and the Caribbean. In her current role as Regional Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) Analyst at UTC Fund Management Services STL, she is responsible for providing critical technical and operational support for the very first retail Mutual Fund to be offered throughout the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU). In her previous roles as an Operations & Business Development Manager, and as a Business Management Consultant, she formulated business strategies, and developed and implemented strategic plans, seeing them through to completion while relying on data analytics to qualify results and pivot where necessary. As part of this new and exciting enterprise, she is committed to excelling as a supportive and collaborative team member, and a confident, natural leader who continues to take initiative.
Building on her firm belief in continuous professional and personal development, she earned an Executive MBA with Honors through the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and has developed proficiencies in Project Management, Corporate Governance, Coaching and Mentorship. Ashwini is also passionate about building self-confidence and supporting personal development in others as evidenced by her volunteerism as a Committee Member with the St. Lucia Hospitality & Tourism Association (SLHTA) Young Leaders Development Committee, and as a Mentor for the National 20 Meets 20 Entrepreneurial Mentorship Programme.
