With over a decade of experience across financial services, customer support and operational management, Kasha Joseph has built a solid foundation in driving service excellence and process efficiency. Over the past seven years, she has made a significant impact within the investment industry and currently serves as Operations Officer at UTC Fund Management Services STL Limited. In this role, Kasha oversees key operational processes, ensures compliance with regulatory standards and supports the accurate and timely execution of investment transactions. She also plays an integral role in investor onboarding and contributes to ongoing process improvements that enhance the organization’s overall efficiency and client experience.
Kasha holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management from Monroe University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the University of East London, further enhancing her leadership and strategic capabilities. She is also a licensed representative with the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission (ECSRC).
Beyond her professional achievements, Kasha served for two years as a committee member of the Rotaract Club of Gros Islet, a service-based organization affiliated with Rotary International.
